An integrated fuzzy approach based failure mode and effects analysis for a risk assessment

This paper provides to cope with the limitations of traditional FMEA by using an integrated fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method, which considers extension AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution), a linear programming. The proposed method is shown application failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) based risk assessment construction firm. Firstly, approach utilized define weights criteria in evaluation. Secondly, used determine most important work handles sensitivity comparison other methods. related papers literature presents only ranking modes various study aims handle limited resources such as budget time programming establish suitable occupational health safety policy.
